Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Appliance
Place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned appliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
